In an embodiment, a microfluidic chip for protein analysis is disclosed
wherein the microfluidic chip comprises a substrate wherein the substrate
comprises a conductive material, a loading channel produced in the substrate
wherein a sample may be added to the microfluidic chip and a main channel
having a desired configuration wherein the main channel runs from the loading
reservoir to an outlet channel. In an embodiment, the microfluidic chip
comprises a plurality of side channels engaged to the main channel wherein
the side channel extends from the main channel to a well. In an embodiment,
the microfluidic chip comprises an at least one antibody in communication
with at least one well wherein each antibody is capable of binding to a
specified protein.
