In an embodiment, a microfluidic chip for protein analysis is disclosed wherein the microfluidic chip comprises a substrate wherein the substrate comprises a conductive material, a loading channel produced in the substrate wherein a sample may be added to the microfluidic chip and a main channel having a desired configuration wherein the main channel runs from the loading reservoir to an outlet channel. In an embodiment, the microfluidic chip comprises a plurality of side channels engaged to the main channel wherein the side channel extends from the main channel to a well. In an embodiment, the microfluidic chip comprises an at least one antibody in communication with at least one well wherein each antibody is capable of binding to a specified protein.
