Nuclea Antibody Platform Technology:

Nuclea has developed a number of pan antibodies that greatly simplify and accelerate the drug discovery processes in the PI3 Kinase (TK) disciplines. TK's are the most popular targets for new drug discovery in the oncology arena with significant advances in both genomics and proteomics. Thus, it makes possible the rapid identification of proteins that play significant roles in disease, many of which will become novel drug targets or diagnostic markers.

A specific, high affinity Antibody binding of the GRP1 pleckstrin homology (PH) domain to PIP3, the product of the type I PI 3-kinase ? acting on its physiological substrate PIP2. A complex is formed anti-GST mAb, a GST tagged GRP1 PH domain, biotinylated short chain PIP3 and Streptavidin-APC (allophycocyanin)

Rabbit anti-pan-PI3 Kinase Antibody

•Is analogous to the Pan-Phosphoprotein (PI3) antibody that recognizes any protein that is phosphorylated on the serine, threonine, or tyrosine residues.

•Can be used for both Immunoprecipitations and Western Blots. Of interest to any research lab working with any PI3 Kinase receptor or the aforementioned proteins will be interested in this antibody.
