Nuclea has developed a number of pan antibodies that greatly simplify and accelerate the drug discovery processes in the PI3 Kinase (TK) disciplines. TK's are the most popular targets for new drug discovery in the oncology arena with significant advances in both genomics and proteomics. Thus, it makes possible the rapid identification of proteins that play significant roles in disease, many of which will become novel drug targets or diagnostic markers.
This Pan-RTK antibody could be used for researching other receptor tyrosine kinase oncoproteins that might participate in tumor pathogenesis. Additional RTKs, that may be involved with a tumor development may also be explored with this antibody.
• Is analogous to the Pan-Phosphoprotein (PS/PT/PY) antibody that
recognizes any protein that is phosphorylated on the serine, threonine,
or tyrosine residues.
• Can be used for both Immunoprecipitations and Western Blots.
